According to industry research, the production capacity of the Taiwan plant can still meet or make up for the related demand by the end of March, reducing the disruption of the epidemic.

An industry person familiar with mainland industry dynamics mentioned on February 22 that the operation of large Taiwanese PCB manufacturers is relatively stable. If PC customers are in Wuhan, they can still dispatch production capacity to the local area in accordance with customer demand. Logistics, as well as the certification of individual factories, as long as the customer group pulls the goods, it can recognize the revenue.

Local supply chain observations show that mainland client payments are currently quite fast, and pulling goods is also accelerating, in order to speed up to make up for the production that was temporarily suspended, and parts produced in the Taiwan plant have also been delivered to the mainland side.

Apple ’s full-line PCB supplier Huatong said on the 23rd that the current market demand is actually better than the same period last year. The company ’s Taiwan plant has increased production in the middle and high-end processes to maintain the season full load. The capacity utilization rate of the Chongqing plant in the mainland is about 85%.

Since February to March of the past are traditional low seasons for the industry, the PCB industry mentioned that in the past, the fixed stock was about one to one and a half months, so the overall production preparation situation is still stable. It is observed that there will be no supply problems throughout the month of March.

In terms of Jianding, part of the delayed production capacity of its mainland Xiantao plant can be supported by the capacity of the Wuxi plant and the Taiwan plant, and the depreciation of the renminbi reduces production costs. Analysts estimate that the delayed start of the Jianding Xiantao plant will have a profit impact of less than 2 in the first quarter of this year. %, And the remaining factories and exchange rates still have positive factors.

Xinxing's main mid-to-high-end processes are concentrated in Taiwan. In the second half of last year, revenue in the mainland accounted for about 30% to 36% of the company's total revenue, and Huangshi accounted for only 3% to 5%. It dispatched Taiwan and other overseas factories to step up production. Make up for related customer needs.

In terms of Taiwan Optoelectronics, the Taiwan plant has a monthly capacity of 500,000 sheets, which can make up for the initial 300,000 sheets of monthly production capacity of the Huangshi plant in the mainland. The Taiwan plant has stepped up the production speed.

According to statistics from Taiwanese flexible board manufacturers, the available production capacity on both sides of the strait is still sufficient to meet customer demand. For Jialianyi, it also accelerated the increase in Taiwan's production in February. The company believes that the current production capacity can meet customer demand.
