This week, Gospel said on the interactive platform that the company's copper-clad products are related to 5G base station antennas. At the same time, the company's 5G ceramic product direction is copper clad laminates and filters.

 

It is reported that Gospel began to invest in the development of high-frequency microwave copper clad laminates in 2008. The current annual production capacity can reach 1.5 million square meters, and related products have been verified by many communication companies. Gauss Bell also established the Hunan Provincial Microwave Electronic Ceramic Engineering Technology Research Center, developed high-frequency high-speed plates, which can be used to support 5G high-frequency microwave copper clad laminates. At present, it has completed the layout of 5G communication business such as high frequency copper clad laminate, ceramic filter and small base station.

 

Previously, the implementation of high-frequency microwave, high-density packaged copper clad laminate and ultra-thin copper foil for electronic circuits that Gauss Bell was responsible for passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The main contents of the project are:

 

1. High frequency microwave copper clad laminate;

 

2. High density package copper clad laminate;

 

The implementation goal is to meet the performance requirements of high-frequency signal line packaging and carriers (printed circuit boards), to achieve engineering production, and the domestic market share of substrates reaches 30-50%.

 

Gospel said that the high-frequency microwave and high-density packaging copper clad laminates for electronic circuits produced by the project have been recognized by the market, and users have used it well. In other industries, the nationalization of China's high-end electronic copper clad laminates has broken the monopoly of Europe and the United States and has significant strategic significance. The smooth implementation of the project will also have a positive impact on the company's future development.
