The German LAUFFER laminator is a machine that can be hot-pressed. The entire laminator is composed of a hot press, a cold press, a heating system, a cooling system, a console control computer, a vacuum system, a hot plate and a steel plate. In addition, a reflow line can be selected to form a fully automatic lamination production line. LAUFFER laminating machine is mainly used for high temperature material pressing in aerospace, communications, computers, automobiles, circuit boards, chips, composite materials and other industries. It can also be applied to cemented carbide, functional ceramics, powder metallurgy, etc. for hot-press sintering under high temperature and high vacuum conditions, and can also be hot-pressed and sintered under inflation maintenance. The following describes the specific structure of the German LAUFFER laminator.

The composition of the structure of LAUFFER laminator:
1. Heating / cooling combination of hot kerosene: electric heating tube heater and a group of water-cooled exchangers to heat and cool the vacuum laminator; the hot kerosene unit is-a separate, concise individual, which should be installed on the host Peripheral, this single unit has a protective cover and thermal insulation materials that need to be heated quickly, and can be equipped with a larger output heating unit; you can also use gas, light oil and other fire-fired boilers to heat kerosene.
2. Vacuum compartment: The hot press contains a high degree of sealing, and the entire steel welding type vacuum compartment is inflated by an oil dispersion pump, a roots pump, and a mechanical pump equipped with electromagnetic differential pressure valves (to avoid sudden power failure and mechanical pump oil backfill) It consists of valve, air release valve, vacuum butterfly valve, vacuum pressure gauge (± Pa) bellows, vacuum pipeline and bracket.
3. Hydraulic system: select electric input mode. The hydraulic station is equipped with an imported proportional valve, pressure sensor, and displacement display using a grating ruler (distance measurement accuracy of 0.02mm). The appearance can be set to actively regulate the pressure, and can stabilize and maintain pressure.

4. Water cooling system: It is composed of various valve and pipeline related equipment and is equipped with water and sound alarms to actively block the heating source or function.
5. Temperature control system: SCR temperature control is selected, equipped with PID function appearance, digital display meter, over temperature sound and light alarm function, and PLC touch screen can also be used for active control, and historical data can be saved to facilitate analysis of the sintering process.
6. Inflation system: It is composed of various pipes and valves, and is equipped with an electromagnetic deflation valve and a pressure sensor. When the pressure in the furnace is higher than the safe value, it will deflate actively. A needle valve is installed on the inflation line to control the amount of inflation .
