1.LAUFFER laminator lead strip (block)-the thickness difference of the pressed lead strip shall be ± 0.1mm
2.LAUFFER laminator pressure sensitive paper-is a convenient pressure distribution test method. When the machine is cold, the pressure sensitive paper is placed in the opening of the hot press, and then the pressure is tested at 25~30kg/cm2. Through the color distribution of the pressure sensitive paper after the test, the pressure distribution of the machine during pressing can be known.
Management of insulation boards for LAUFFER laminators-asbestos separators on the top and bottom edges of hot presses may crack after a period of use, so it is recommended to replace them once a year.

Use of buffer materials for LAUFFER laminators-the purpose of using buffer materials is to make the pressure evenly distributed to all parts of the platen, and the buffer used in the current situationMost of the materials are kraft paper, with a basis weight of 156~160g/m2. The best effect can be obtained for the first time. However, considering the cost, the number of uses should still not exceed 2 times. As the buffering effect of kraft paper after pressing will be reduced, of course, the distribution of pressing pressure will be affected. In addition, some manufacturers use buffer pads instead of kraft paper, which can be reused. However, after several times of uses reach a certain degree, the cushioning effect will also deteriorate, so how to control the use of this material at an appropriate number of times is the focus.
Due to the fact that the size and area of the pressing are not fixed during the pressing of multilayer plates, and even the mixing of different sizes, the pressing plate equipment may have local differences after long-term use. Therefore, the correction of the press and the selection of buffer materials should be more rigorous than that of the substrate factory in order to obtain better pressing quality.
