Lauffe Laminating MachineThe structural system mainly has four parts: loading and unloading system, heating system, pressure system and protection system. The heating system is composed of measuring element, controller and heater. Its function is to heat and thermostatically control the water in the container, and adjust the uniform heating by evaporating the water to the pressurized capacitor bar. Baba becomes soft when heated, which is not only conducive to compression, but also can avoid cracks caused by pressure.
The heating element is a stainless steel electric heating plate wrapped on the outer surface of the closed container. After the electric heating plate is energized, the water converted into the container is converted into the water. In practice, in order to ensure that the water temperature can meet the process requirements, it is usually heated before feeding. When working, the container is in a high-pressure sealed state. The water temperature can only be measured and controlled by an intelligent digital display temperature controller. The temperature measuring element cannot directly measure the temperature of the liquid inside the container, and can only use an indirect measurement method. Therefore, its function is mainly to detect the pressure inside the sealed container and convert the pressure value into a standard of 4 to 20 mA. The pressure system consists of pressure transducer, pressure control instrument, booster pump, manual valve, pneumatic valve, etc. The signal is transmitted to the signal input terminal of the pressure control instrument.
The pressure control instrument panel is the control core of the pressure system. It receives the pressure signal from the pressure change and controls the output according to the received pressure signal.
The signal output by the pressure control instrument controls a set of expansion components, and the system compresses the inside of the closed container through the expansion components.
The water pressure inside the container is continuously increased and exceeds the pressure setting value by continuously injecting water into the closed container through the acceleration pump.
When the pressure reaches the set value, the acceleration pump stops working, the system enters the closed and constant pressure state, and starts timing. In the process of constant pressure, the system can automatically compensate for the pressure drop, so that the pressure can be constant within the accurate range of tolerance.
When the system constant pressure time is over, the pressure control instrument sends out a pressure relief signal to control the pressure relief of the pneumatic valve action, so that the water inside the closed container overflows and leaks out, and the pressure in the container drops accordingly. The protection system includes lifting action, heating, pressurization and other protection.
