In the assembly of installing vacuum hot press, an accessory is called buffer pad. The buffer pad is clamped between the hot press plate and the template. Its main function is to uniformly transmit the working pressure and working temperature of the hot press plate, so that the adhesion between the paper veneer and the substrate can be more dense, uniform and smooth, thus improving the surface and internal quality of the veneer. The buffer pad also has excellent properties such as heat resistance, compensation for pressure plate errors, and protection of the template, therefore, the buffer pad is an indispensable accessory in the vacuum laminator, so today we will understand some matters that should be paid attention to when installing the buffer pad.
It should be noted that the buffer pad should be clamped between the hot pressing plate and the template. During installation, the buffer pad of the hot pressing machine should be placed flat and evenly on the hot pressing machine. Before installation, the surface of the hot pressing machine should be cleaned without leaving any sundries, oil stains and other metal articles. In addition, the buffer pad must be installed in the order from top to bottom. Before installation, the surface of the multi-layer plate hot pressing machine should be cleaned, in the fixing process, it is only necessary to fix the four corners in the length direction. It is better not to fix the four corners in the width direction. Pre-heat press for 30 minutes according to the work requirements, and then fix the four corners at equal distances before putting into use. It should be noted that one cushion and multiple templates should not be used continuously during the use process to avoid the tortuous phenomenon of the cushion, thus prolonging the service life and having good flatness, note that if you accidentally shift during installation, do not use wire cutters to pull hard, so as not to damage and affect the use. At ordinary times, do not pollute the surface of the buffer pad of the hot press with oil pollution, which will affect the use effect and shorten the service life. The installation of the buffer pad of the vacuum laminator will also affect the production process, so you must operate according to the requirements during installation.
