The installation of the vacuum hot press can be divided into four steps: the placement of the hot press, the connection of the power cord, the connection of the pressure system, and the adjustment of the equipment status. The vacuum hot press should be placed on a clean and stable horizontal operation table or in a clean environment with ventilation, dry, non-corrosive gas and no large amount of dust when placed. The vacuum hot press should be kept in a stable state, away from high temperature and steam, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Remember to leave more than 30 cm of space on the back, top and sides of the vacuum press. Connect the power cord to the vacuum heat press, and then connect the power cord plug to the designated safety socket. The power supply of the socket should be alternating current, and ensure that the wire and socket can withstand a current of 10 A or higher. Connect the power cord according to the vacuum pump manual and the number of power supply phases. In order to prevent electric shock, the vacuum press, vacuum pump and air compressor must be well grounded. The power plug and socket must match. Note: When the vacuum heat press is a low-voltage start type, a voltage stabilizer is usually not required, but if the grid voltage fluctuates greatly, a voltage stabilizer of more than 500 W should be installed. Connect the vacuum heat press to the power supply, and connect the air source output part to the cylinder input end on the back of the heat press.

Before turning on the power switch of the vacuum press, make sure that the control switch on the work interface is turned off. Connect the air circuit and test the working condition of the booster cylinder. Switch off switch 1 and switch 2 of the booster cylinder and reload, then switch to the on state. The booster cylinder can move up and down, indicating that the air circuit of the equipment is normal. If the pressure gauge does not work and other equipment does not work, please check whether the connection between the pressure gauge and the heat sensor is correct, or contact the company or repair station technician immediately.
