PCB upstream materials have become increasingly tight in supply recently. It is understood that many PCB factories have recently felt that it is much more difficult to buy enough raw materials from upstream CCL. The main reason is that the entire supply chain of upstream materials is now facing the dilemma that the terminal demand is too strong, and all-out work is still unable to meet the complete terminal demand. In the past, every customer could get as much as they wanted in the traditional off-season, but now they do not have enough capacity to meet the customer demand. CCL factories have adopted short-term rationing systems in order to maintain the relationship between all customers as much as possible.

PCB factory pointed out that in the past, CCL was usually able to obtain a guaranteed supply for a whole season at a time, especially during the off-season. It was very easy to obtain raw materials, but now it may only ensure a one-month supply at a time, and the pressure has increased a lot. Relevant supply chain operators also pointed out that under the condition that copper prices continue to rise with the US dollar easing policy, most PCB factories certainly hope to buy enough raw material stocks as soon as possible to avoid further increases in the cost of raw materials in the future. However, it is difficult to greatly expand the production capacity of the upstream material supply chain in the short term. Although everyone is rushing for raw materials, they can only accept the results of the ration system.
