Vacuum hot press pressure uniformity test method

The uniformity of the pressure of the vacuum hot press has a great influence on the quality of the press, so how do we test the pressure uniformity of the vacuum hot press? In fact, most manufacturers in this regard are commonly used in the scale of the lead strip arranged in the press test, after the end of the measurement of the residual thickness of each section of the lead strip can also know the uniformity of the press. The specific operation is as follows:
Lead strip determination method This method uses lead strips to be placed between the hot plate and the hot plate, one on the left, one on the middle and one on the right. Under the action of clamping pressure, the thickness of the lead strips is deformed. Then the lead strips are taken out from the middle of the hot plate, and the thickness of different points in the front, middle and back of the lead strips is measured with a micrometer, so that the uniformity data of the heating plate can be quantitatively measured. In this way, after repeated tests, the change of temperature reproducibility is obtained, so as to systematically evaluate the performance of the vacuum hot press. Test method for flatness of hot plate specification hot plate area 1370mm * 1220mm R<0.15mm UP) method:
1. Take a total of 3OPEN at the top, middle and bottom of the press to test all the hot plates. Before the test, wipe off the grease and foreign matters on the surface with a rag and acetone to prevent damage when the hot plates are pressed against each other. The lead strip is 50mm away from the hot plate edge and the other 7 are evenly distributed between them. The hot plate 10mm 50mm press grows in front of the lead strip.

The size of hot plate shall be 1370*1220mm, and the size of lead strip shall be 1380 * Φ4mm (the lead strip shall be rolled straight)
3.1 and 9 lead strips are 50mm away from the hot plate edge, the other 7 strips are evenly distributed between them, and the hot plate grows 10mm in front of the lead strips.
4. Conversion method of hydraulic cylinder pressure: hydraulic cylinder pressure = surface pressure upper boost =(500kgs/cm2 * 0.4cm * 137cm * 9)/[3.14 * (hydraulic cylinder radius) 2] upper boost
5. After pressing, the hot plate will be lowered, and the pressed lead strips will be caught by the trunking cover and taken out straight. Do not bend carefully during operation. Each lead strip will be marked.
Don't mess up.
6. Take 1, 3,5,7 and 9 in centimeter cards to measure the thickness of 5 points (25 points in total) as shown in the figure. 1 and 5 points are 50mm from the hot plate edge, and the other 3 points are all
evenly distributed between them.
