The principle of the heating system of the laminating machine is that the electric heater in the heating system of the laminating machine converts the electric energy into heat energy, and transfers the heat energy to the laminate through the heating plate to achieve the purpose of heating. The heating principle of the electric heater is to use the resistance heating principle, that is, when the current passes through the conductor, impedance occurs and heat is generated, thereby heating the conductor. The temperature control system in the heating system of the laminator will detect the temperature of the surface of the heating plate through the sensor and adjust the heating power of the electric heater to keep the temperature of the surface of the heating plate at the set temperature.

The heat transfer oil heater of the hot press is used for heating of the hot press and the laminating machine. Hot press heat conduction oil heater common heating methods are electric heating and natural gas heating. Hot press heat conduction oil electric heater is the most common method. The heat transfer oil heater of the hot press uses the circulating pump to transfer the heat of the heat transfer oil to the hot press or the pressing plate, and then returns to the heating pipe to absorb the heat, and then transfers it to the pressing plate to realize the continuous transfer of heat and reach the heating temperature requirement of the hot press and the laminating machine. The heat transfer oil heater of the hot press heats up quickly, is easy to operate, and conforms to the current environmental protection policy, which completely makes up for the shortcomings of traditional boilers.
