On the basis of introducing high-end foreign equipment such as German LAUFFER high-frequency board laminator and striving to achieve full process automation, the informatization construction of the factory was invested heavily, the ERP system with SAP as the solution and Siemens MES system provide a strong guarantee for Qingshan Lake Factory to realize advanced intelligent manufacturing.
Chairman Liu also said that with the full production of Qingshan Lake Phase I high-frequency, high-speed and high-level multi-layer copper clad laminate project today, Huazheng New Material has already begun to plan the Qingshan Lake Phase II factory project. In the future, Qingshan Lake Factory will become an important copper clad laminate production base for Huazheng New Material, with a monthly production capacity of 1.5 million square meters of various copper clad laminate products.
