The function of the vacuum system is mainly to form a negative pressure state in the airtight chamber of the press, so that the volatiles inside the plate are more easily discharged, and the pressure during pressing is reduced, thereby reducing the warping of the plate. The vacuum system should meet two requirements. One is that the vacuum pump should have good performance and be able to meet the evacuation requirements within the specified time. The vacuum degree of foreign vacuum compressor can reach 30torr in 5-6 minutes (the vacuum value of hot press is less than or equal to 30mbar and the speed is 3 minutes). The current level that domestic press can reach is 8-10 minutes. The vacuum degree requirements are set according to different products. In order to ensure a good vacuum degree, the feed door, maintenance door, evacuation pipe and valve should have good sealing performance, and the pressure relief should not exceed 1% every 5 minutes. In order to ensure the normal operation of the vacuum system, the sealing material on the frequently opened feed door should be regularly inspected or replaced, and the daily maintenance of the vacuum pump should be carefully done according to the requirements of the instruction manual.
