In the fixing process, only the four corners of the length direction need to be fixed, and the width direction is best not to be fixed. According to the work requirements of pre-hot pressing for 30 minutes, and then around the same distance fixed before putting into use. It should be noted that in the process of use, do not use a cushion and multiple templates continuously to avoid the cushion zigzag phenomenon, so that the service life is extended and the flatness is good. Note that if you accidentally shift during installation, do not use wire cutters to pull hard, so as not to damage and affect the use. Usually do not make oil pollution hot press cushion surface, affect the use effect, shorten the life. How the vacuum laminator buffer pad is installed will also affect the production process, so it must be operated according to the requirements during installation.
