1. The reason for the damage of the pressure plate is that when the hot press is closed, the press hand does not find any hard foreign matter mixed between the pressure plates. Sometimes the edge of the asbestos board insulation layer between the top pressure plate and the beam falls off and is not replaced and repaired in time. As time goes on, the top pressure plate will be permanently deformed.

2. For the repair of warped pressure plate, a hot pressure plate pressure frame can be made, and the deformation treatment method of thermal expansion and cold contraction and the joint treatment of lasting pressure deformation can be gradually corrected. The edge of the pressure plate and the groove of the pressure plate can be filled with electric welding surfacing and then ground with an angle grinder. And then the oil stone grinding smooth, can also be homemade simple grinding head grinding. Through this repair method, we repaired the eight hot plates that were damaged and replaced in the past, saving tens of thousands of yuan.

3. The leakage of the hot pressure plate of the vacuum laminating machine is also a common fault. There are two kinds of leakage of the pressure plate, one is the leakage of the edge working surface of the pressure plate, the main reason is that the channel of the pressure plate to the surface of the pressure plate is thin, and cracks appear under the impact of high steam pressure. The impact of leaking steam on the surface of the product causes the product to expand and soften into secondary waste. Repair method is: first with the grinding wheel along the crack milling groove, and then electric welding repair welding, grinding smooth. The other is the leakage at the end face plugging and sealing. The repair method is also to mill or drill a small pit at the leakage and then seal and weld.
