The implementation steps of vacuum press are as follows.
1. The pre-made jig and plate are riveted together.
2. Put the semi-cured sheet on the copper plate and put it into the blind groove.
3. Place the release film and prepreg on the steel plate, place the copper plate on the prepreg, and cover the copper foil.
4. Put invacuum pressPress-fit.

The semi-cured sheet filling scheme of non-woven fabric epoxy resin is pressed by vacuum laminating machine. The glue content is very high. We use its special function to fill the gap around the copper block. The effect is very obvious. If the gap depth around the copper block is too deep and the gap is too large, the filling capacity of the semi-cured sheet reaches the limit range, and the gap filling glue cannot be guaranteed sufficiently. In the gap position between the blind groove and the copper block, add a bad, let the outside be filled with prepreg, multi-directional three-dimensional filling glue, to ensure that the gap filling glue is sufficient.
