The high temperature synthetic heat transfer oil is used as the heat medium, which is transported by forced convection, and the heat is transferred to the hot pressing plate in an indirect way. Electric heating heat conduction oil furnace is economical, environmentally friendly and energy-saving, so the heating method of heat conduction oil as a heat source has gradually replaced steam and electric heating methods.

Advantages of heat conduction oil furnace with electric heating

1. The heating rate and temperature distribution are good, and the operation risk is lower than that of steam operation.

2. Since the press heated by heat transfer oil can be made into a vacuum type, the layer pressure can be reduced by 50%, and it is easy to control the thickness of the multilayer board.

3. Due to the low layer pressure and the low amount of resin flow, the warpage of the multi-layer board is small, the amount of cured resin in the board can be reduced, white spots and cracks are not easy to appear, the interlayer is not easy to be dislocated, the internal stress of the board is small, and the dimensional stability of the board is good.

4. Save energy, up to 40% ~ 50%.
