In general, the vacuum laminator is not pressurized can be divided into electrical failure and mechanical failure. The main reason for electrical failure is that the solenoid valve is not normally opened, the line is faulty, the control program is faulty, and the limit switch sensor is faulty. The mechanical failure is mainly refers to the oil station, oil pump, valve group, oil pipe and other equipment is normal, there is no oil leakage, blockage and other reasons. As an electrician, the first course is to find electrical faults.

First check whether the solenoid valve of the main oil pump works normally. If the solenoid valve of the main oil pump starts normally, the oil station also runs normally. Then check the limit sensor of the press to see if the press receives an error signal due to the failure of the sensor, and it is considered that the pressurization is completed and the pressurization is stopped. Through the test, the sensor is also normal. After checking these two items, start to find whether the reversing solenoid valve circuit is normal. If it is not an electrical fault, is there a blockage somewhere in the valve block? From the oil pump to each valve block, check all the way. Finally, it was found that the valve group was not blocked, but the oil quantity at the oil outlet of the valve group was particularly small, which was not enough to complete the second stage of pressurization. At this time, I realized that the problem still appeared in the oil pump reversing solenoid valve. Although the solenoid valve was opened, it was not fully opened, resulting in the pressure not going up.

 

So I opened the reversing solenoid valve and checked and found that although the reversing solenoid valve worked normally, the opening of the valve core was relatively small and the oil pressure could not go up. So I changed a solenoid valve coil again, tried again, and finally reached the second stage of pressurization. So far the problem is solved.
