The fourth point is to pay attention to checking whether the lubrication of each transmission part of the vacuum laminator is good, whether the operation is normal, and whether the electrical equipment is normal. Finally, check whether there is air in the oil cylinder. If there is any air, it should be drained first. The most important thing is to check whether the sealing ring is in good condition.

After the above inspection items are completed, the vacuum laminator can be started. We first close the main power switch and start the low pressure pump to make the accumulator reach the required working pressure. Open the heat transfer oil valve, close the heat transfer oil bypass circulation valve, and heat the hot pressure plate to reach the process temperature; Start all conveyors of the backing plate circulation system. Finally, according to the process requirements, adjust the time of each time controller and the position of the upper and lower limit pointer of the pressure gauge (if the total pressure gauge, the pressure adjustment mechanism of the unloading valve and safety valve should also be adjusted), so that the production can be officially started. The above steps are for reference only. There will be different operations according to the brand of the vacuum laminator and the requirements of the production process.
