1. Working environment requirements of laminator
Generally, lamination needs to be carried out in a laminated cleaning room. When the operator enters the cleaning room, he must replace the cleaning clothes, cleaning caps and gloves. When preparing for lamination, it should be completed in the designated area and separated from the lamination area to avoid semi-curing The dust of the sheet affects the lamination quality. All kinds of materials in the cleaning room should be stacked neatly, and the laminated table top should be cleaned frequently to avoid placing sundries on the laminated table. During lamination, if various production materials and process materials need to enter the clean room, the outer packaging of the materials must be removed to ensure that the outer packaging of the materials does not pollute the environment of the clean room.
2. Operation before laminating machine
After cleaning every day, check whether the equipment is in good condition and whether the electrical circuit is smooth and safe. Turn on the power of the air compressor, press the switch to compress the air, and wait for the barometer to rise from 0 to 8 (unit: kg/cm), then the increase speed slows down and the compression stops. Turn on the power supply of the laminator, and press the power switch, hot oil pump switch, heating switch, mechanical pump switch, and circulating pump switch on the press console in turn; the circulating water switch (BOSHOU) is used for preheating, and the temperature of the laminator is set by a special person. Responsible. Before the formal lamination, it is required to run at least one cycle, and currently two cycles are tentatively scheduled. During idle operation, the operator should observe the instrument carefully. Whether the temperature indication of the instrument is stable, whether the vibration and sound of the vacuum pump are abnormal, and make records. Air operation is normal before the formal lamination. When laminating the first two laminates, at least one person must observe the entire process. Whether each link of lamination operation is normal, carefully observe the situation after lamination. If there is any abnormality, timely notify the team leader and relevant technical personnel to coordinate and solve it.

Lamination as an intermediate process, the front can not be blocked to the stack, the back can not be empty cleaning. One person focuses on the laminator to ensure smooth import and export of materials. Other personnel have a clear division of labor, assist each other, and transfer the components to the next process in time. The workshop uses a high-temperature laminator. When the lamination is finished, the ambient temperature will rise to about 30 degrees. Some company workshops do not have air conditioning. In summer, it is extremely hot and sweaty. Even in winter, they are wearing thin coats at work.
