After the customer purchases the vacuum laminator to the factory, the supplier must prepare for installation and commissioning. Vacuum hot press hot press installation is roughly divided into placement, power cord connection, pressure system connection and equipment status adjustment. First of all, after the vacuum laminator arrives at the factory, it should be placed on a clean and stable horizontal operation table or in a clean environment with ventilated, dry, non-corrosive gas and no large amount of dust. It should be ensured that the vacuum hot press is in a stable state, away from high temperature and Steam, avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Remember to leave more than 30 cm of space on the back, top and sides of the vacuum press. Then connect the power cord to the vacuum heat press, and then connect the power cord plug to the designated safety socket. The power supply of the socket should be alternating current, and ensure that the wire and socket can withstand a current of 10 A or higher. Connect the power cord according to the vacuum pump manual and the number of power supply phases. In order to prevent electric shock, the vacuum press, vacuum pump and air compressor must be well grounded. The power plug and socket must match. Note: When the vacuum heat press is a low-voltage start type, a voltage stabilizer is usually not required, but if the grid voltage fluctuates greatly, a voltage stabilizer of more than 500 W should be installed. The vacuum heat press is connected to the power supply, and the air source output part is connected to the cylinder input end on the back of the heat press. Before turning on the power switch of the vacuum press, make sure that the control switch on the work interface is turned off. Connect the air circuit and test the working condition of the air. If the pressure gauge does not work, please check whether the connection between the pressure gauge and the thermal sensor is correct.

The pressure of the hot press, its representation, is generally expressed by how many tons, such as 800 tons, 1200 tons and so on. The determination of its value is mainly based on the product demand. The pressure gauge in the hot press, if its state is different, its function is also different. Generally speaking, in the automatic state, low pressure is the supplementary pressure, high pressure is the set working pressure.
