PCB pressing plate is the process of combining copper foil, PP and inner layer with vacuum laminating machine through hot pressing and cold pressing.

 

The production of PCB multilayer board must go through the step of pressing, and the pressing action includes adding insulating layers between the layers and sticking them to each other. If there are guide holes through several layers, then each layer must be repeated. The wiring on both sides of the outer side of the multilayer board is usually processed after the multilayer board is laminated.

 

The PCB pressure plate has electric heating, steam heating, hot plate heating and so on in the heating mode. There are non-vacuum hydraulic pressure and vacuum hydraulic pressure in the pressurization mode. The pressing machine used is a vacuum laminating machine, including two parts: a hot press and a cold press. The press has multiple openings (Opening), and each opening can be arranged with 8-13 layers of multilayer boards. -- Control mode The press mainly controls the process of the press plate by setting the pressure, hot plate temperature, duration and vacuuming. The B- Stage prepreg was press-bonded into a C- Stage completely cured resin, and the inner layer substrate and the copper foil were bonded into one multilayer board.

The lamination of PCB multi-layer board lamination technology is a very important process in the production line. Many small and medium-sized enterprises can only do simple veneer. Double-layer board, once involved in the complex multi-layer board can not be done. This is not only due to the technical problems of the production personnel, but also due to the mechanical equipment, so the choice of the vacuum laminator is very critical.
