Secondly, check the B, C, D, E four travel switch. B is the forward deceleration position of the chassis, C is the forward positioning of the chassis, D is the discharge position of the chassis, and E is the positioning under the working of the chassis plate. Make sure that each sensor and cylinder clamping magnetic switch are in place and well sensed.

 

Finally, to check the hydraulic lifting platform lifting telescopic cable, whether there is damage. This is more difficult to find. It is good and bad. When the chassis comes in, it is normal. When the clamping cylinder moves and vibrates, it breaks down. At this time, take off the lid, shake the thread and move it. It is 90% the thread problem.

 

 

Peel the suspicious cable and pull it. If it breaks, you can find the line breakpoint. Reconnect the line, arrange the line, and you can run it.
