Installation and Precautions of PCB Laminator

After the PCB laminator arrives at the factory, we need to install and debug it. Before installing the press, the customer should first prepare the power supply, cooling water, air supply and oil for the press. The installation is roughly divided into location placement, power supply gas, oil and water pipeline connection, pressure system connection and equipment status debugging. The lamination system has been adjusted during debugging, and it is not allowed to adjust without authorization during work to avoid damage to the system. If the press needs maintenance during production, professional engineering maintenance personnel must be invited to re-debug. The installation and commissioning of laminator in the factory are as follows:
1. Unpack the press when it reaches the designated position. After unpacking, the press should be placed in a clean and stable horizontal workshop with ventilation, drying, no corrosive gas and no large amount of dust. The PCB laminator should be in a stable state. Remember to leave more than 30cm of space on the back, top and both sides of the PCB laminator.
2. Connect the power cord to the PCB laminator, and then connect the power cord plug to the designated safety socket. Connect hydraulic pipeline, pneumatic pipeline, charging and discharging pipeline, cooling water pipeline, electric wire and cable according to the drawing. Install the vacuum system and fix the rotary vane pump with expansion bolts.
3. The cleanliness of the vacuum box body and the smoothness of the sealing surface play an absolute role in its vacuum degree and pressure rise rate index. During installation, pay attention to whether the sealing groove and the sealing surface are smooth and flat. If there is any foreign matter in the groove, it must be cleaned. When installing the sealing ring, a little diffusion pump oil can be applied to the surface of the sealing ring to ensure smooth and smooth surface.
4. After the whole PCB laminating machine is put into trial operation, the parallelism of the upper and lower beams and the verticality of the columns shall be checked again. After 200 cycles of operation of the newly installed hot press, all fasteners shall be retightened.
5. During the working process of PCB laminating machine, it is necessary to keep the upper and lower surfaces of the hot plate clean and clean up the debris in time to avoid damaging the surface of the hot plate and affecting the surface quality of the pressed products. If the pressure gauge of PCB laminating machine does not work, please check whether the connection between the pressure gauge and the thermal sensor is correct.
6. When the PCB laminator is stopped, the hot press plate should be in a closed state, and anti-corrosion measures must be taken when it is stopped for a long time.
7. In the production process of PCB laminating machine, pay attention to the cleaning of the plunger. If there are impurities or dirt in the oil sticking to the plunger, the surface of the plunger may be scratched during the movement, the sealing ring will be worn and damaged, and oil leakage will occur. If this happens, contact the maintenance personnel in time to replace the column.

In the working process of PCB laminator, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the pressure time of each stage in the hot pressing cycle meets the demarcation requirements at any time. Press to observe whether the position indicator is normal, and if there is any problem, it should be handled in time. It is also necessary to pay attention to whether the temperature of the hot pressing plate is within the normal designated temperature range. During normal use, the changes of the hot plate and steel plate are often observed, if there is pollution, clean and clean the steel plate in time.
