The hot plate of the high-temperature laminating machine is a movable lifting platform in the laminating machine required for PCB multilayer board laminating or substrate manufacturing. This kind of thick hollow metal table, mainly to provide pressure and heat source for the plate, it must be in high temperature can still maintain a flat, parallel line. Usually, the inside of each hot plate is embedded with steam pipe, hot oil pipe or resistance heating element, and the outer edge of the surrounding also needs to be filled with insulating material to reduce heat loss, and equipped with temperature sensing device to control the temperature.

The steel plate of the high-temperature laminator refers to the base plate or PCB multi-layer plate used to separate each group of loose books (refers to a Book composed of copper plate, film and inner layer plate, etc.) when the base plate or PCB multi-layer plate is pressed. This kind of high hardness steel plate is mostly AISI630 (hardness up to 420VPN) or AISI440C(600VPN) alloy steel. Its surface is not only extremely hard and flat, but also can press out the flattest substrate or circuit board after careful polishing to the mirror surface. Therefore, it is also called mirror plate (MirrorPlate), also known as carrier plate (CarrierPlate). This kind of steel plate is very strict, its surface can not appear any scratches, depressions or attachments, the thickness should be uniform, the hardness should be enough, and it should be able to withstand the corrosion of chemicals generated when pressing at high temperature. After each pressing and disassembling, it is also able to withstand strong mechanical grinding brushes, so the price of this kind of steel plate is very expensive. The working temperature of CCL and PCB hot laminating machines is generally between 180 ℃ and 230 ℃, while the tempering temperature of ordinary steel plates before leaving the factory is roughly set below 150 ℃. Under the environment of high temperature and high pressure, the bearing plate made of ordinary steel will release new thermal stress, causing steel plate deformation, rocker, etc., thus affecting production. The steel plate will be quenched and tempered before leaving the factory. The tempering temperature is set at 300 ℃, and the thermal stress below 300 ℃ is completely released. Therefore, in the process of entering and leaving the press, no new thermal stress will be released, resulting in deformation and rocker. At the same time, the steel plate has high strength, high hardness and high toughness, and can resist deformation and scratches caused by thermal expansion and contraction or collision friction during transportation.
