The laboratory laminator has an abnormal temperature alarm function. During the experimental hot pressing test, the temperature of the laboratory laminator will exceed the standard range and an alarm will sound. At this time, we need not panic and suspend the operation of the laminator. After the temperature drops, we will see if the alarm will continue to sound. If the alarm does not sound, the operation can be continued. If the alarm continues, we will check the oil port and plate temperature of the laminator. If there is no over-temperature in the oil port and plate temperature, check whether the temperature of the oil furnace is normal. Clearly check whether the oil pressure and oil circuit are normal, and deal with any abnormality in time.

The reasons for the temperature alarm during the working process of the laboratory laminator are as follows: the temperature drops, check whether there is an over-temperature alarm, whether the J10 relay is disconnected, and the heating has been cut off. After the alarm is released, normal operation can be resumed; when the over-temperature alarm occurs, if there is no over-temperature at the oil return port and the plate temperature, the displayed temperature value at this time will drop, check whether the oil furnace is working normally and whether there is oil pressure, and determine whether the oil circuit is in normal circulation; When the over-temperature alarm is released, the heating cannot be turned on. Check whether J10 relay is closed or whether Q1.1 of PLC has output. Q1.1 has output, J10 does not pull, then replace the relay. Otherwise, the PLC contact is necrotic, and it is recommended to replace the PLC.
