Vacuum leakage is one of the common faults of the laboratory vacuum laminator, the performance of the vacuum system will change with the passage of time, almost inevitably there will be problems such as vacuum drop, causing these problems is a very common cause of leakage. Large leaks are usually very obvious: the vacuum chamber pressure does not drop at the normal rate, or the ultimate pressure is significantly higher than normal. However, sometimes, because the vacuum pump can easily handle the air load caused by the leakage gas, small leakage is difficult to be found. At this time, even if the reading of the vacuum gauge is still at the normal level, the leakage may still bring the vacuum chamber to the expected gas (such as oxygen), which sometimes affects the process. To eliminate the problem, we must first determine whether it is external leakage or internal leakage. Leakage generally refers to external leakage, that is, leakage from the outside of the vacuum chamber or pipeline to the inside. Internal leakage refers to a leakage between two vacuum chambers that should be isolated, between two vacuum pipes isolated by valves, or between vacuum chambers and pipes. Leakage is that the valve should be closed when it is in high vacuum. If the valve is not closed tightly, the gas will leak from the bottom of the valve to the right when it is in high vacuum, similar to this kind of internal leakage. The common reasons why various vacuum pumps fail to meet the vacuum requirements are as follows: motor failure, filter blockage, intake and exhaust pipes are too long or the pipe diameter is too small, and the working temperature is too high., According to the above problems, everyone can investigate step by step.
The damage of the pressure plate of the laboratory vacuum laminator is also an important fault. Its form is mainly wing curvature and local groove marks at the edge, which makes the pressure and heat transferred from the pressure plate to the product unbalanced, and the fiberboard will be partially carbonized, partially soft or sticky. The product cannot meet the quality standard requirements. The reason for the damage of the pressure plate is that when the hot press is closed, the press hand does not find any hard foreign matter mixed between the pressure plates. Sometimes the edge of the asbestos board insulation layer between the top pressure plate and the beam falls off and is not replaced and repaired in time. As time goes on, the top pressure plate will be permanently deformed.
Finally, the warping deformation of the hot pressing plate. For the repair of the warping deformation pressing plate, a hot pressing plate pressure frame can be made, which is gradually corrected by the method of thermal expansion and cold contraction deformation treatment and the combined treatment of lasting pressure deformation at the same time. The edge of the pressure plate and the groove of the pressure plate can be filled with electric welding surfacing and then ground with an angle grinder. And then the oil stone grinding smooth, can also be homemade simple grinding head grinding. Through this repair method, we repaired the eight hot plates that were damaged and replaced in the past, saving tens of thousands of yuan.
