One. Steel plate before use:

1. Grind back to factory steel plate storage: the environment is ventilated and dry, and cannot be placed in a humid place. Number of stacked plates: 100 sheets/stack.

II. Check before the aircraft:

1. After grinding the OK steel plate, visually inspect both sides of the steel plate for surface defects such as scratches and trachoma. For the steel plate that is normally recycled, check whether both sides of the steel plate are flat and free of scratches, dents, trachoma and other surface defects.

Three. Use process note:

1. When carrying, two people shall be lifted up and down in a straight up and straight down manner without dragging to prevent scratching the steel plate.

2. The poem board shall be polished. After full inspection, only the foreign body points shall be polished to reduce the loss of the poem board.

Four. Storage attention during maintenance:

1. When stored in the steel plate temporary storage rack, do not exceed 300 sheets.

2. When the hot press presses the feeding rack, kraft paper must be placed up and down.

Five. Timing of outward grinding of steel plate

1. When the steel plate is found to be defective in use, it needs to be ground out;

2. When the steel plate reaches the service life.

VI. bad steel plate grinding standards:

1. If there are scratches, dents, cracks, sand copper and other appearance defects on the surface of the steel plate, the external grinding treatment shall be selected;

2. Before the steel plate is ground outward, the thickness of the steel plate shall be measured on site (one point on each side, a total of 4 points shall be measured) and the steel plate with thickness <1.2MM shall be directly scrapped.
