Dredging Treatment of Cold Plate of Cold Press after Blockage

In the cold press process of the existing pcb vacuum laminator, the basic principle of the pcb plate cold press is: after hydraulic pressing, the hot pressing plate temperature is about 140 ℃, and it is sent to the cooling system. The cold plate of the cooling system is cooled by water circulation to absorb the heat of the product. The existing cold plate is multi-layered. The water circulation cold water enters from the left water inlet pipe, passes through the coil in each layer of the cold plate, and then comes out from the right water outlet pipe.

Because the current centralized supply of cooling water, cold plate material for steel, in the use of the process will produce oxidation and scale formation phenomenon, resulting in blockage of cold plate coil. During monthly maintenance, each cold plate needs to be disassembled for cleaning and dredging the cold plates. A total of 22 connecting ports of a cold press need to be disassembled and assembled. Ladders are also required for climbing. Each cleaning requires 3 people/4 hours. During the cleaning and maintenance of the equipment, the labor intensity is heavy and the labor cost is wasted. If centralized dredging is performed, the pressure of the 11-layer cold coil will be dispersed, however, the blocked cold plate cannot be effectively dredged because the pressure is too small. However, if the operation process is complicated, the labor cost is high, the work efficiency is low, and the production efficiency of the enterprise is reduced.

 

There is a new method: a mobile frame can be used to dredge the cold plate of the cold press. An oil pump is arranged on the mobile frame to connect the first pipeline with an oil pressure valve and an oil pressure gauge to the reversing valve. The inlet of the oil pump and the outlet of an oil storage tank are connected to the inlet of the cold plate of the cold press through the second pipeline. The oil return port of the reversing valve is connected with the outlet of the cold plate of the cold press, and the oil pump to clean. Compared with the traditional water washing device, the washing effect is better, and the waste hydraulic oil can be used to reduce the cleaning cost and extend the service life of the cold plate. It improves the dredging effect and production efficiency, reduces the labor intensity, and meets the requirements of production automation control.
