The cylinder body and piston rod of the main cylinder are high-strength 45# forgings. Special processing technology is adopted inside the cylinder body to ensure high strength and high wear resistance. The surface of the piston rod is quenched with high frequency and hard chrome plating to ensure wear resistance such as strength and hardness. The hydraulic system adopts integrated valve oil circuit, and each pipeline connection is equipped with high-pressure hose to ensure the elimination of vibration and reduce oil leakage. There are low-pressure pump and high-pressure variable pump working separately for mold clamping and upper pressure respectively, and fine and coarse two-pole oil filters are installed. Ensure trouble-free operation of the system.
