The quality of the heating system of the laminating machine affects the selection of temperature, the manipulation of the processing technology, and the quality of the processed goods. Laminator heating method: the traditional heating method is steam heating and electric heating. Steam heating is rapid, but it needs to be equipped with a working pressure heating furnace. The working pressure of the pipeline is high, and the steam is easy to cool and suspected to become water. The surface temperature is uneven. Electric heating has the characteristics of rapid heating, high heating temperature, simple operation, etc., but it consumes a lot of electricity, costs a lot of money in work, and it is not easy to replace the electric heating wire when it is used in detail. The advantages of high temperature heat transfer oil heating are: high thermal conductivity, well-proportioned temperature, can be heated to a very high temperature under natural pressure, low heat loss, and can reduce product costs. Its disadvantage is that the heating speed is relatively slow and it is not easy to carry out temperature control. In the home improvement industry, when the general hot pressing temperature is not high, the hot water circulation furnace can also achieve the desired effect, and the fixed capital injection and the cost of work are very low.

Laminator lamination system: The function of the laminator can be evaluated from several levels, first the application of pin raw materials, followed by the precision of processing, and the distribution of material holes in the hot plate. The laminating machine is generally made of a whole piece of limited thick steel plate processed by a deep hole drilling machine tool, which is mainly used for oil heating and steam heating. The other is to stick aluminum alloy plate on the surface of welded steel pipe, which is mainly used for electric heating. The use of a whole thick steel plate can prevent oil leakage due to poor sealing performance. The bending rigidity and compressive strength are high together, but the hot plate is thicker. The latter one is due to the general use of sheet metal methods, because of the occurrence of in-situ stress during welding and processing, and requires high processing precision. The laminator is thin and convenient for heating and temperature control, but the regulations on the processed parts are high, and the uneven thickness of the product parts will cause pin deformation, which will endanger the subsequent processing quality. The hot plate is too thick, which is conducive to expanding the thermal conductivity and the compressive strength and bending stiffness before moving forward, but will increase the size of the press and the stainless steel plate with more loss. During production and manufacturing, the flatness of the hot pressing plate and the flatness of the left and right surfaces shall be ensured. The flatness tolerance of the hot pressing plate shall be within the scope of 0.1-0.18mm, the flatness tolerance shall be within the scope of 0.15-027mm, and the surface roughness of the pin surface shall be 3.2 μm m. The temperature difference in the whole width of the hot plate cannot exceed 2-3 ℃. If the temperature difference is too large, the water content will be uneven, the goods will be easy to expand and shrink, and the compressive strength and appearance quality of the goods will be harmed. The heating hole of the fire material theme activity in the laminating machine is generally not highly valued by furniture professionals. Appropriate overall planning of the control loop should be based on the rules that facilitate the thematic activities of the thermal material, facilitate the surface temperature leveling, and reduce the leakage of the thermal material. The hot pressing plate of small and medium-sized presses applied in the home improvement industry generally adopts the overall planning of double-channel and double-circuit power supply, which can meet the application requirements.
The connection and sealing of the laminating machine: the use of appropriate connection methods and sealing components has very important implications for heat transfer under high temperature and high pressure. At that time, most of the connecting pipes of the laminating machine were dominated by plastic hoses, which promoted the connection very convenient. China mainly used metal corrugated pipes as the leading factor, and some manufacturers used imported Teflon plastic hoses. Flange connection can be applied in both methods. The function of Teflon plastic hoses is better than that of metal corrugated pipes.
