At present, manufacturers of IC carrier plates require the function of vacuum lamination when purchasing laminators. Compression under vacuum can solve many process problems. Today, I 'd like to introduce the vacuum system of IC carrier plate press.

1. The vacuum chamber is completely sealed, which not only requires the press frame to have sufficient strength and good sealing performance, but also requires the vacuum door. The maintenance door has good sealing performance;

2. Vacuum pipes and valves have good sealing performance;

3. The vacuum pump has good performance and sufficient vacuum pumping capacity. At present, the press has high requirements for vacuum degree. The vacuum pumping capacity is generally 30torr in 5-6min, and the ultimate vacuum can be more than 10torr. In the selection of vacuum pumps, most presses, including KITAGAWA, OEM, ACCUDYNE and other presses, use vacuum pumps produced by BUSCH Company. BUSCH pumps have good performance, simple structure and convenient maintenance. However, because BUSCH pumps are vane pumps, they need good lubrication performance. During vacuum pumping, water in the air is easy to accumulate in the vacuum pump oil, causing the oil in the vacuum pump to emulsify or even carbonize easily, which weakens the lubrication performance of the blades and pump body, A vicious circle is formed, causing the blades to wear easily and the oil and gas separator to be damaged. This requires careful maintenance of the vacuum pump, especially to strengthen the drainage of the vacuum pump.

Another kind of vacuum pump is the water ring vacuum pump, which is most suitable for laminating machine vacuum. Because it does not have two problems of lubrication and corrosion, but this vacuum pump has relatively high operating conditions, needs cooling water and needs to be between 5 ℃ and 15 ℃, and the water ring pump requires relatively large motor power and high price. Therefore, BUSCH pump is still used for vacuum pumps from the consideration of purchase cost.
　　

Control system: The laminating machine mainly controls the pressure and temperature, and some presses also control the vacuum degree. The changes of pressure and temperature are controlled by computer. In addition to computer control, German machines can also be controlled by DCP.
