For the evaluation of the performance of IC carrier press, different equipment suppliers and equipment manufacturers have different methods. The method of measuring the temperature of the hot plate is basically the same, while the method of measuring the uniformity of the hot plate is different.

1. Pressure paper determination method This method is to put 2 pieces of kraft paper up and down between the hot plate and the hot plate, and put a piece of pressure strain paper (white under normal conditions) in the middle of the kraft paper. Under the mold closing pressure state, the uniformity of the hot plate is qualitatively analyzed by looking at the degree of color change of the pressure paper (red, the darker the color, the greater the pressure).

This method is the same as the pressure paper method, but the pressure paper is replaced by the copy paper, which is also a qualitative test method.

3. Lead strip determination method This method uses lead strips to be placed between the hot plate and the hot plate, one on the left, one on the middle and one on the right. Under the action of clamping pressure, the thickness of the lead strips is deformed. Then the lead strips are taken out from the middle of the hot plate, and the thickness of different points in front, middle and back of the lead strips is measured with a micrometer, so that the uniformity data of the heating plate can be quantitatively measured.

Measurement method: generally, a BOOK is pre-stacked first. this BOOK only needs a supporting plate, a cover plate and a proper amount of kraft paper. nine thermocouple wires are embedded in the middle of kraft paper (distributed at the corners or center points of the plate), and the thermocouple wires are connected to the nine temperature measuring interfaces reserved by the press or the self-provided temperature tester, so that the press computer or tester can display and record the temperature rise of the same hot plate at different points, you can see the nine-point temperature difference to be measured.
