At present, the parallelism and flatness of high-precision laminates can reach ± 0.015 mm/m. The machining accuracy of the hot plate is related to the steel material, the machining accuracy and the machining method. Usually hot plate processing is completed in its internal pipeline processing, heat treatment, and then piece by piece grinding, this is the general equipment factory processing method. When we communicate with a famous hydraulic press factory in the world, they put forward that because there are processing errors in the grinding process of each hot plate, when the processed hot plate is superimposed together, the cumulative error will increase, and this processing method is not easy to get higher precision hot plate. For hot pressing plates with higher precision requirements, their processing method is to grind the first hot pressing plate and then grind the second hot pressing plate on it until all the hot pressing plates are ground. Since the cumulative error generated by the processing of a single hot plate is eliminated, the processing accuracy of the hot plate can be made higher. Because this kind of processing process requires special processing equipment, the processing cost is relatively high.
