The hydraulic system failure of PCB laminating machine is hidden and lacks effective detection means, so hydraulic maintenance is difficult and difficult to diagnose hydraulic failure, that is, to find the cause and point of failure. Hydraulic machine hydraulic system is composed of hydraulic valve, hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic accessories and fittings, in the hydraulic system hydraulic valve is the control element, hydraulic pump is the power component, hydraulic cylinder is the implementation of components. Among them, there are many kinds of hydraulic valves. Understanding the role of various hydraulic valves in the system is very helpful for hydraulic fault diagnosis.
One. Hydraulic valve
1. Charging valve: In order to make the main hydraulic cylinder run quickly, the hydraulic system of the hydraulic machine adopts an upper charging oil tank and a charging valve. The component is a charging valve. The charging valve is a hydraulic control one-way valve. When the main cylinder goes down, the hydraulic cylinder forms a negative pressure, opens the one-way valve, and the upper oil tank fills the hydraulic cylinder; most of the faults of the slow decline of the hydraulic master cylinder are related to the charging valve and the charging valve control circuit.
2. The cylinder diameter of the pressure cylinder of the hydraulic system is large. In addition to pushing the cylinder piston down to complete the work, it will also cause the frame and the cylinder itself to produce different degrees of elastic deformation. The high-pressure oil has a lot of energy and accumulates a lot of energy. When the pressing or holding pressure is completed, when the oil cylinder moves up, the oil in the upper cavity of the cylinder returns, the oil hydraulic pressure energy accumulated in the upper cavity and the elastic deformation energy accumulated in the frame part are suddenly released to form the oil circuit impact, causing the phenomenon of gun firing. As the name implies, the so-called gun firing is like the sound of guns rumbling. The small-diameter reversing valve can actually be used to eliminate the gun firing valve, so that the upper cavity pressure is slowly released. After the high pressure in the upper chamber is released, the oil cylinder returns again. If there is a loud noise in the oil circuit during the return of the hydraulic press, which is related to the elimination of the fault of the cannon valve, the solenoid valve for eliminating the cannon can be checked.
3. Balancing valve, where the balancing valve is a one-way sequence valve, balancing off the weight of the press slider to prevent the drop out of control, the balancing valve of the hydraulic press is a one-way sequence valve structure similar to the overflow valve, but different from the FD balancing valve structure.
4. Overflow valve: Set the system pressure, if the system output force is insufficient, you can check the overflow valve.
5. Reversing valve: change the running direction of hydraulic cylinder. If the oil cylinder running problems check the valve, understand the role of each valve and the relationship between each other, the simple hydraulic fault is easy to make a judgment.

II. Hydraulic pump: No. 1 pump is a high-pressure plunger pump, which provides pressure and flow for the operation of the oil cylinder. No. 2 is a low-flow low-pressure gear pump, which provides pilot control pressure for the middle unloading type electro-hydraulic reversing valve. If the master cylinder fails, check the control pressure of the small pump and the electro-hydraulic reversing valve.
Three. The cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder is the master cylinder, which is a hydraulic cylinder that provides 315 tons of force. The lower cylinder is the ejection cylinder, which is used for pressing edges and ejection of the workpiece when the workpiece is stretched. If the master cylinder wear and other reasons can cause the cylinder output force is insufficient.
