  2. Air bubbles caused by foreign matter. Generally, foreign matter whose humidity reaches a certain value will cause bubbles, which requires control of the previous process.
  3. The undissolved EVA caused bubbles in the vacuum press due to the excessively high temperature. This type of bubble can be cooled while ensuring the viscosity of the adhesive (in fact, if the viscosity of the adhesive is ignored, basically all bubbles can be solved by cooling except for large areas of bubbles), thereby increasing the pressure and increasing the inflation speed is also a good way to solve the bubble.
  4. A bubble caused by a liquid. At present, most of the bubbles we usually come into contact with are caused by flux and alcohol.
  5. In addition, repeated lamination (mainly due to rework, and mostly near the interconnector and bus bars) will also cause the vacuum press assembly to generate bubbles (EVA undergoes complex physical and chemical reactions to generate new gas).
