Pressure and process parameters (e. g., hot pressing) are applied to heat and compact the separated copper foil, copper clad laminate, prepreg, etc. to form a multi-layer circuit board comprising two or more conductive layers and one or more insulating layers. The core technology lies in the uniform distribution of high temperature and high pressure on the entire surface of the workpiece, as well as the control accuracy of temperature and pressure, and the effect of heat preservation and heat insulation.

PCB vacuum laminating machine is used for hot pressing of thermosetting and thermoplastic materials, especially suitable for hot pressing and sheet forming.
